Customer Reviews

Takes up a bit too much mem3
great little program to have whilst surfing- just to protect yourself from all those ad implementing buggers when youre download from sites you arent too sure about. It does a bit more than it says on the packet too- just yesterday as i was downloading what I thought was Active X appeared to be a backdoor trojan!!!It detected it almost immediately and got me to run a sweep to remove it.
I love how it automatically runs sweeps periodically-at certain dates. It is often being updated with new definitions too which requires the minimum of effort.
Any problems?it wont co-operate well with any other antivirus software you have got on your taskbar.
IT CONSUMES LOADS OF CPU USAGE so beware of that.

Great programe for spotting spyware etc and does stop trojans also . Had this running for 5 monthes then just got fed up of how slow the PC was getting certain games just kept stopping ,work programs wouldnt save all a bit freakie then by chance deleted it to clean up the PC (intended to re install it ) The PCs performance jumpt 500% at least no probs since so wont be re installing it after all...you can turn it of after start up(takes a very long minute to load on start up ) but this wasnt the solution for my PC maybe it just clashed with somthing I already had pity though it felt secure enough but just slowed the PC down way to much

More than just spyware protectin4
This is great application, it does a lot more than just detecting spyware and trojans.

It helps protect your computer by intercepting any changes that applications (viruses, trojans) make to the registry. It notifies you of the change being made to the registry and gives you the opportunity to accept or deny it.

It also, as I have just found out today, intercepts any changes being made to other system files such as the hosts files.

It is a subscription based product, but my subscription ran out a long long time ago, but the application is still very useful, it still protects the registry and other Windows system files.

The only negative thing I experienced was when it was installed on a former PC I had, it slowed it down just a little too much.
On my current PC I'm not aware that it's even running.
