Brilliant for those terrified of Agas...
I bought this book as a person totally anti aga! I hated the things - who ever heard of grilling in the oven and using a metal shelf to cool the oven! After reading this book and mastering the basics which most aga cookbooks fail to give,I feel less afraid of the great big thing in my new kitchen and am ready to conquer it! Oh! and the recipes are easy to follow and tasty! What more can a beginner ask for and it is easy on the pocket to boot!
