About the Author
Sarah Whitaker is one of the small group of approved Aga-Rayburn
demonstrators. Well known for her relaxed style and fuss free, effortless
recipes, Sarah brings you recipes full of quick and easy ideas to make
cooking and entertaining less of a marathon.
From her thatched cottage in rural Hampshire, Sarah teaches the secrets of
cooking on cast iron from a menu of original recipes, plus Aga tips and
techniques.
A cordon bleu cook, Sarah's career has been interesting and varied:
cooking in staff canteens, wine bars, city dining rooms, a dress shop and
even a converted van in the middle of a field - feeding film crews, cabinet
ministers and rock stars!
She regularly gives demonstrations in Aga and Rayburn showrooms, cookery
schools and private houses throughout the UK.

Fool proof
I have a shelf of cook books but the ones that are well worn are Sarah Whitaker's. This new book is beautifully laid out and I love the photos. I can actually make my attempts look like the pictures! Very inspiring.
Excellent recipes and easy to follow
This is a great book, full of unusual recipes written in an easy to follow format, with really attractive colour photos. It makes cooking on an Aga so easy, with loads of sensible tips and practical advice.
Fabulous book
Sarah writes fabulous cook books. This one is a good selection of her recipes. They always turn out as they should and are easy to do. If you can get to one of Sarah's demonstrations then do - she will teach you how to use your AGA and you will not believe how easy cooking really impressive meals becomes.
