An excellent, easy to understand book for recouperation
This book does a great job to educate about how the body functions, with emphasis on helping those with back pain. It is an excellent integration of the Alexander approach with physical therapy to aide in recovery, and better lifetime function.The illustrations are very helpful. As a physical therapist, I recommend this book to all of my patients with Back Trouble.
Should sell like hot cakes
I was recommended this book by my Alexander Teacher. Since then I have purchased it once for myself, once for a friend and once to lend out to people until they buy their own. It is an invaluable guide and has made an enormous difference to my life and outlook. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
