Customer Reviews
A really useful book for anyone living with a bad back
A great book with loads of general information on the back and spine and the various conditions plus an overall exercise programme for strengthening the muscles that support your back and relieve back pain. Also advises you how to do everday things like get out of bed, get up from lying on the floor, get out of a car and so on in a way that supports your back. Also shows specific exercises for various problems, eg sciatica, lower back pain, slipped disc etc. - I have found that just a few of the relevant exercises done daily has given me very good results in a short space of time. Each exercise has very clear instructions and pictures to guide you through the exercises.
