A must buy!!!
As a personal trainer I have been suffering with a slight lower back problem. On recommendation from my Physiotherapist I purchased this lumbar roll to use whilst sitting. I have been using this roll now for only a week and the results have been fantastic. Brilliant product would recommend to anyone.

Could be better
Have been using it less than a month and already it has lost its shape, signifcantly - I figured being heavy duty/firm it would hold its shape for a long time. Also, the strap barely fits around my office chair and has sprung loose and fallen off. No instructions/advice re positioning the roll on the chair.
