Customer Reviews

A book for beginners & professionals alike!5
Absolutely brilliant!!! This book is clearly laid out, very easy to read, it gives masses of detail without being boring or too technical. Each section is self-contained giving plenty of recipes, tips for usage and information on using aromatherapy oils safely. The guide sections on symptoms and plants are easy to understand and yet have all the information necessary. If you only buy one aromatherapy book this should be it.
