Factual & Informative
I've found this book pretty easy going. This book contains fact so if you want to know about the original teachings of Reiki as carried out bu Usui then this is the book for you!

New insights on Reiki
This book is very readable, interesting and informative. The information collected together is brilliant and could be the only book you will need to give you all the background and historical information on Reiki.

The Reiki path
Having had major doubts about the Western Reiki I trained in, this book has been of enormous help to me. The author's wise words explain the origins of Usui Reiki and its use as a spiritual path, while making clear that all the symbols, attunements and so on, are purely aids to help us awaken to our own path. A lovely book.
