Complete waste of money!
Well I recently purchased this product, thinking it would be almost like a solid mat that rolled up, boy was I dissappointed, it basically is a piece of felt!!!
Because of the way the felt is folded in the box, this causes bumps in the felt which then causes a bump in your jigsaws, which cause the jigsaw to come apart and because it also is just felt, doesn't really provide a flat surface to complete your jigsaws, especially if you do them on the floor!
You basically wrap the felt with the jigsaw pieces around a cardboard tube, which does work, but the elastic ties were already started to spilt due to the strain (on the first use) and when we un-wrapped it some of the jigsaw pieces fell out!
Also the jigsaw that you get free, is of a poor quality with most of the cardboard backing fraying and isn't the puzzle that you see on the front of the box.
The design of this product seems to be from the 1980's and not what i expected!
Buy with caution!!

Not what I expected
The puzzle inside is bad quality, and not really nice, and the rug don't seem too durable.
Plus, the roll is huge, and you can't make it smaller, so if you are not using it it's hard to storage.
I think it's too expensive, I found one just like it (another brand though) and it was less than half the price.
If you are gonna buy it for the free puzzle, then don't! it's not worth it.

The product is very flexible so will roll with different size pieces. the container is very robust and will stand a lot of use which is good for avid puzzlers. The surface of the material is such that it holds pieces of puzzle quite firmly, the only slight downside of this is it holds fluff and hairs equally well but it does clean fairly easily. Overall this is a good product at a very reasonable price, delivery time was as stated.
