Excellent advent calendar4
Another great Xmas advent calendar from lego. Its not the cheapest advent calendar out there but you do get quite a few mini-figs in this one making it good value for money from a elgo buyers perspective.

A bad start to the day2
I review this only from a boy's point of view. As of day ten this City Advent set is no match for last years superb collection.

In particular it stacks up really poorly against the Castle Advent set which is actually a little cheaper.

As you might guess we have both, and so far we have had one happy boy and one miserable boy every morning. Both boys love the Castle Advent. The City Advent is rated "Rubbish" by both.

Avoid tears. Don't buy this City set for a boy if you have an alternative.

What a hit this was with my 5 yr old grandson who has just begun to love Lego. The build up to Christmas day was very exciting with this toy. His mother was very pleased with it aswell!
