The Round cushion is a great all round meditation cushion for novice and experienced alike in a contemporary design. The cushion makes sitting in meditation easier on the knees and ankles and helps to prevent the legs from falling asleep. Ideal for lotus or half-lotus style sitting meditation postures. Our Rondo is filled with buckwheat hulls, which though firmer than cotton batting are more versatile than cushions filled with kapok or cotton batting since theycan shift more easily to mould to your body shape. The double cover provides strength and makes washing easier than with pleated cushions which generally have no liner. This the larger of our two Round Cushions offering a higher-profile for those who are less flexible, the cushion is also wider suiting those with bigger hips . The height can be adjusted to an extent by adding or removing buckwheat hulls. Specification: 100% cotton drill removable and washable cover with zip access to zipped inner cover for double strength. good but too big
The product arrived on time and in good condition. Using it has definitely improved my meditation practice. Had I realized when I ordered it, however, how big and heavy it actually is, I would have bought something else. I use it all the same and I even take it with me around without a problem; and the quality is good. I would prefer something slightly smaller and much lighter though.
