Looks a lovely book with loads of gareat recipes. I am hoping to find time to use it very soon.
Great book
My Work place took us to Venturi's Table on our away day for a cookery lesson.
We were about 12 of us, we cook a 3 courses meal and ate it for lunch.
It was a great morning and great lesson. Following the cookery lesson I decided to buy the book. very simple italian dishes easy to reproduce.
I like the book very much, but could have done with few more pictures
