If I gave this book to one of my clients to work through they'd probably get overwhelmed.
This is a book from textperts to experts. Overdone, and for the lay person overwritten. Less would have been so much more.
this is a con
I ordered a book and recieved a copied DVD which I cant even play on my laptop!! The copied DVD is obviously a pirate and in the reciept told me i could send off for the book for only £7 ?! This is the first time that Amazon has let me down.
excellent workbook
This is the book for you if you like to put the effort in, all will be worth it. This book explains how to change for the better and relieve your distress.
