BBC Children in Need helps disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. Some have experienced domestic violence, neglect, homelessness or sexual abuse, while others have suffered from
serious illnesses, or have had to learn to deal with profound disabilities from a very young age.

We have been privileged to play a small part in contributing to the wonderful work BBC Children in Need Appeal have supported over the last 25 years.

Not you're usual!
Interesting recipes, but not very useful for day to day cooking because they use ingredients you don't always find in you're local supermarket. However, it does contributes to children in need and would probably be good if you want to cook something different for a special occassion without too much effort!
