Not Rubbish !
Just what I have been looking for.
Simple out of the box setup. Laptop on the coffee table, TV is 8ft away and nothing is in the way.
Wireless connection is Perfect giving me a perfect picture with perfect sound!
I followed the Quick Start guide to fix the web video issue and I use it in the living room, it works perfectly and lets me play videos and music on my laptop while watching it on my big screen TV!
Nice
Bought this product for my son without understanding too much on what it does. He took it to his room and after 30 minutes or so showed me some clips from you tube on the flat screen. pretty impressive. playing with it for the last few hours without any problem.
not a bad little item
I purchased this kit about a week ago now and have just got it working. Its had its ups and downs with connecting to my main tv, it recognised it first time but now its a generic monitor. Apart from this i have got the extended screen running and can use the tv to watch films etc whilst i can still work on the laptop or pc.
Having problems with it just made me more determined to get it to work, i read that there was no support for windows 7 :( but looking on the q-waves website it was out at the end of November. After downloading and installing it sorted most of my problems. The problems that havent been sorted are being looked into, like why cant it recognise my tv for what it is, HDMI sound etc. BUT the support is amazing! i was getting emails at 9pm on a Sunday night from a tech guy on the case. If that isnt something special i dont know what is.
Thats the reason im giving it 5 stars, the support is there so it will get sorted, for now it works anyway so im happy with it. I would definetly tell friends and family to buy this if they store alot of media on their computers. All in all im very happy with the product, not quite easy enough for me to get out the box and set up to use straight the way, but well worth it when i got it working.
