Difficlty Updating
Bought this license renewal as I was happy with Kepersky Internet Security 7. After installing the 2009 product, I found the databases dated back to april 2008, and dispite many hours and many retrys I was unable to get them updated, with the program seeming to falter at 99% and then fail and start all over again. Looking at variaus internet forums, I am not alone in having this problem with the 2009 version. Have now reverted back to version 7, the license extention is valid for this

Take Care with Kaspersky
Oh dear. It was a disaster.Program would not load easily, then when loaded would not work. Techsupport v. good but could not sort the problem on my usually very stable, 'plug and play' xp system. Cost me loads in phone calls then Kaspersky recommended I abandon using it. They only refund vouchers? and not the sterling I paid.It was 2 1/2 days of sheer frustration.I'm also not 100% sure if my computer is back to its usual form. AVG worked fine.

Very disapointed
Very disappointed with this product. Works fine on the antivirus front, but slows firefox down so much (particularly when login into or searching on things like e-bay / facebook) that I am having to turn it off while online (kind of defeats the purpose really). Great price from Amazon, but unfortunately make web browsing so painful that I will be uninstalling once I have found a suitable alternative.
