I find this keyboard fairly arthritis friendly. They keys are spaced quite far apart, but in a sort of fan shape. There are also good shortcut keys, such as zoom and document flip on the keyboard that takes some of the stress off your "mouse" hand. There are a couple of extra programmable buttons on the side of the mouse too, so you can set it up, for example to go back a page using the mouse.
