One thousand drawings
A vast book of Tracey Emins drawings from the last 20 years. For me, this book is the next best thing to owning some of Emin's drawings.

Deep inside
Excelent in-depth review of artists work and explanation of her life and work in the form of a series of long interviews, and commentaries from her video and film work. Very strong original individual feminist angle on modern art.

1000 scribblings too many
I wish that the person who told Tracey Emin that she could draw hadn't. Unfortunately this book is testament that anything can be published for the sole reason of making money. Over a thousand expensively bound toilet paper thin pages of drawings ( and I use that term loosely ) produced with scant technical facility, a majority of which are of Emin in flagrante delicto.
Before buying this book please, please look closely at two books: Gustav Klimt's "Drawing and Watercolours" and "Process Recess, Volume 3: The Hallowed Seam" by James Jean. Both books contain beautiful, poignant, sensual and masterly drawing skills of which Emin can only dream. Don't let the verbal justifaction of second rate work fool you - look and compare and let your eyes be the judge.
