Wonderful advice for getting translucency into waves and an almost scientific theory of how to paint waves. Recommended.

Sharing a lifetime of seascape painting knowledge.........5
I own every book on seascape painting that E. John Robinson has ever published, and I think this is his best! He divides a very complex subject into "bites" that the student can digest and use. From colors to composition the information is given in a concise and informative manner. The gallery includes a large number of large, beautiful paintings to give you many ideas to paint by. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, beginner or advanced, who desires to paint the sea. A wonderful legacy to leave Robinson's many students and admirers!
