Not the easiest of reads, as it's really seminar transcripts, so not an ideal introductory text, but a must read for anyone serious about NLP

Cab be a bit dry and hard going in places - it's quite a thick book, but in my opinion, definitely one worth the effort of reading.

A book to either love or hate, and I love it. Extensive, covers practitioner level training. Good for serious practitioners and new trainers alike.

Like many NLP books, could do with some stringent editing, but it doesn't detract from it's brilliance
