Very relaxing5
I've only used the balls a couple of times but so far the report is good! Basically, you lie on the balls and breathe...it's almost like a meditation. Living in a very stressful environment it's an absolute pleasure to just lay there and do absolutely nothing for an hour. My lower back was really hurting but after two sessions it's been fine. Now to work on my shoulder...

Ouch! (beware: rant content 80%)1
I dont know if its me or not, but i strained a few muscles trying to do these excersises. Its difficult to do them and read the book at the same time (unless you memorise every step inside out before attempting it).

I have scoliosis and i am awaiting treatment to find out where my extreme pain is comming from, so heres a tip: do not buy if you dont know whats completly wrong with you because you may damage yourself! (i should have thought about this really before i bought it i know! But as you may know, if you are in alot of pain, you are whilling to try anything to make it go away as soon as possible)

The strained muscle in my neck after trying to relieve tense shoulders did not help my stress levels after trying to do the excersise to help this, so i am scared to use them again. The book does not stay open very well if you want to put it down to read while you are doing it because it is small and thick and glossy.

In general i am just a little dissapointed with it. It looks so bright and promising but it just put me in the dark. Remember, dont just take my word for it, some people obviously found it very rewarding. You may have better luck than me

Relaxing for the back5
I love the two slightly deflated balls. Despite being a very active person sitting 4 hours ( and a congenital problem of the lower back) at a computer at work left me with costant lower back pain. Specific back exercises were not helping so I gave the miracle balls a try and they do work...just place one or two of them in position and relax ( do nothing and just concentrate on breathing). You can feel the muscles letting go of the tension...Wow.
