Let's hope ITEC find a different source book for A&P soon!
This book is worse than poor, the number of mistakes and omissions not to mention the misinformation makes me believe that this text has not been proof-read at all. Only buy it if you're studying for the ITEC in Holistic Massage and even then make sure you've got another book on A&P and a good teacher.

Very good introductory book
As someone with no prior knowledge of anatomy and physiology I found this to be a clear and concise introduction, it answered most of my questions as my course progressed.

I'm not sure about higher levels, but I would recommened it to other students new or fairly new to the subject.

more rubbish
Like every Loise Tucker book I've needed, it has plenty of errors and missing information. When the tutor has brought this to the attention of ITEC the response apparently could be summed up as tough.
The syllabus for ITEC courses appears to be based on this and other Louise Tucker books and you have to learn it regardless of it's accuracy. So do buy this book so you learn to pass your ITEC exam and then buy a proper one. The DK human body book is a good one.
