These trainers offer good, all round shock absorption and are comfortable from the first use. They are principally for neutral runners. I was surprised at the fact that it took little time to wear the shoes in and there was none of the normal blistering that can take place when using new trainers. I will certainly purchase these again.

Running shoes do run very good !
I run now with these shous and I must say that they absorp the shocks on hard ground very well......no pain incarf and front leg muscles .

I am not a professional runner, but I have to say that this is the best shoe that I've ever run in.
