Customer Reviews
An extremly helpful buy
I play both ice hockey and roller hockey and this book was extremly helpfull for me.
Ever since i started i knew i wanted to be a goalie but playing in a system with no goalie coaches i had to teach my self so i bought this book, it helped me to learn the techniques involved with goaltending and everything else i needed to know.
I would recomend this book to anyone who wants to be a goalie even if you do have a goalie coach it will help you to improve your game, your fittness and help you to focus your training on areas where you struggle.
The book also includes forms so you can analyse your preformance and focus on areas which require improvement.
