Manufacturer's Description
New JVC KD-G342. Settle into your seat, twist the volume knob, and enjoy the clean, powerful sound of JVC's KD-G342 CD receiver. When your choice of musical styles shifts, switch among the EQ's six preset tone curves to find the perfect setting for your music.

Now sit back as the superior digital-to-analog converter teams up with a punchy internal amp to produce warm, accurate sound. The choice of what you're playing is all up to you, and the JVC KD-G342 covers the media bases like an all-star. It'll play MP3 and WMA files burned onto discs.

Does what it says on the tin4
Bought this as a stop-gap replacement for an all singing all dancing unit - but will probably leave it fitted! Does everything it should do - and the Aux-in option leaves me able to plug in my i-pod which is what I did with my last one.
My only niggle is the fact that the unit looks very neat when powered off - but the display is a bit old fashioned looking and lacks any colour... but considering it's a fraction of the price, who can complain!
Plenty loud enough with 50w x 4 and has the pre-amp output for the boy racers out there...
All in all, a bargain piece of kit from a quality manufacturer!

    IT'S GREAT5
A REPLACEMENT TO THE CD PLAYER WHICH GOT STOLEN... IT'S GREAT... VERY HAPPY WITH IT. I'VE NOT YET ENJOYED THE SOUND IN THE BACK OF THE CAR YET BUT IN THE FRONT IS SUPERB... WILL FIT TO ANY STANDARD CAR... :)

    Ideal for my use4
Everything was in the box apart from a manual in English, however 2 mins on the PC and I had it. To be honest you don't really need the manual anyway.

    Works fine for my use.
