About the Author
Neil Perry is one of Australia's pre-eminent chefs and restauranteurs. His Sydney restaurant Rockpool has been rated high in the World's 50 Best Restaurants listings since 2002. Neil has been creating menus for Qantas for seven years, redefining in-flight menus and service and is also the face of Woolworths fresh food departments. An excelllent book
One I use again and again. I bought his book 'the food i love' and i did indeed fall in love with the recipes in that book. So much so that i was looking for any other books he's written and I am not disappointed with this one either. I'll always be on the look out for his books - he is so great. Recipes put together well, relatively simple and tremendously effective. Tasty tasty tasty!!!!!

best dinner party book
If you are a reasonable cook and want to impress guests, this is the book for you. My wife bought this book for me as a gift and we rarely use any other recipe books now. Easy to follow recipes that never fail to impress your family and guests. Unlike many other celebrity chef books this one works, the food tastes as good as it looks in the recipes.
