Bonkers, ...Sixties masterpieces
These plays are without doubt the strangest you will read without venturing into Beckett. et al. Although the messages behind many have dated - Chicago and The Unseen Hand are both allegories of Cold-War America - these are still fascinating, genre defying works which stretch the definition of what theatre can be to the limit. Indispenible for the student of 20th century drama.
