Customer Reviews
Very, very American
This book is very heavily weighted towards the American end of the market. If you are a UK writer, please note that there are only 57 entries for UK-based publications, compared with thousands for those in the USA. Not ideal for a British writer who is just starting out.
It is time for a change.
Yep, it is that time again where old locations are out and new are in. Settle changes are becoming radical changes. There are new laws and new ways of communicating (i.e. web).
And for those who are just speculating or beginning, This is the book to keep you on track. Even in the few years that I was not really serious this book allowed me to see what publications were out there for other interests.
It can be fun event to get rejection slips for your wall. Of course it does not hurt to get paid; then this book becomes a tax write off at least in the USA
Only for the US market
This is certainly a comprehensive book and is extremely useful if you want to sell to the US market. However, it is no use for British writers wanting to sell to their home market - my fault, I should have read the reviews more carefully.
