Manufacturer's Description
Cycles offer a low impact workout and are one of the most popular ways of exercising. Suited to lower body toning, generally improved fitness and weight loss.

The EX30X has a 7kg flywheel, which means the workout available is tougher. It supports a user weight of 120kg, which is very good for a small bike.

    Great for the price5
No problems with this at all.
Read the manual about setting up the tension on the flyhwheel and no problems at all. Was easy to assemble, the tension is a simple pull of a strap and a clip, and the rest is just a bolts with supplied spanner, and a socket for the computer. I have used mine daily now for a few weeks and it still performs fine. Its comfortable, the computer displays alsorts of useful info like distance, calories burnt, time on the unit, current speed. Does exactly what I need and seems to be sturdy.

    Depends what you're looking for3
We've had this bike for almost 6 months now & I find it perfectly good for low impact exercise. The top tension could perhaps be a bit higher but I just work out for longer. My husband is a cyclist and used it when recovering from injury & although he would have liked a bit more of a workout, it kept the important muscles working. It was easy to assemble & the computer has never given us any problems & is easy to use.

    Awful product1
I bought this Carl Lewis exercise bike for my girlfriend hoping it was better than the one I own, however it was worse. I own a similar cycle with a similar price tag which is superior in every way.

The Carl Lewis cycle is has a badly designed tension system with an equally poor flywheel. Raising the tension to its highest is a complete upper body workout, and once you have the tension on the highest level you still feel as if you are cycling on air.

And lastly, The display unit does not function. After disconnecting and re-connecting the wires many times, it still fails to show the speed, calories and time.

All in all a badly designed product, I would recommend buying from a well known fitness brand rather than Carl Lewis.
