Dodgy calculations, poor layout, crashes
I think this package is really poor. Really just for fun, an educational tool.

The cashflow graphs are particularly problematic. After changing your financials around, make sure you save your data, then run the setup to ensure that the cashflow sheet actually gets updated. Beware though, this thing crashes.

The layout of the final plan looks really naff.

Easy to use and excellent point where to start
I have been looking for a business plan software which would save my time on writing a business plan without having to pay a lot for it. This package gave me much more than that. Great variety of sample plans and you can certainly find the one suitable for your business as well as get some ideas from other templates.
Very easy to use - wizard style or if you like more control, just use the tree view. I struggle a little bit with built-in excel tables but it is not a show stopper. One of the most valuable features is probably the sample plans – there are lots of them and they helped me to think about some topics I'd not have thought otherwise. I had a look on 2 or 3 others sample business plans to see if I missed anything.

Export to MS Word is easy and it works no nasty problems there (in general Business Plan looks like well made package). They probably could have done a better job with exporting graphs (as images) but it is not difficult to replace them.

If you value your time and want to get something to start with at a good price – this is certainly the one to give a try.
