Ok, not really B3ta related in anyway whatsoever. But it's the CLASSIC Amazon 'stupid book to email your mates' about. Actually, we ended up buying it, don't make our mistakes.

Customer Reviews

A good book for both those who want to know how or why.5
I have had an interest in this subject but was a bit unsure about how to go about it. This book explained who to go about it in brilliant detail.

Also for anyone that would want to know why someone would want to do this it explains the sensations both physical and emotional. The only bit that I thought was a bit unnecessary was the poetry, but when the author is so obviously impassioned about a subject you can forgive them an extravagance or two.

Why are their not more books like this in Britain?

A well written, well illustrated how-to guide on fisting5
There is a difference between sex and really GOOD sex, and that the difference demands deep understanding of what the other person is feeling, physically and emotionally. Interesting sex is about communication, using rhythm, time, sensation, and mood as language. It is amazing and frustrating how often otherwise appealing people don't get this. The woman who wrote this book gets it. She does an excellent job of describing why one fists or gets fisted in the first place. As aggressive as fisting sounds she makes it very clear that it can be, in truth, an incredibly intimate experience, requiring tenderness, empathy, and patience. If you already are into it, if you're thinking about getting into it, or your partner wants you to think about getting into it...then buy this book.

An itelligent review2
I have read many reviews of this book. So many in high praise. I have to side though with the less appreciative audience. Deborah Addington may have a degree, though she doesn't say what in (not surprisingly), but shows no intellect, nor writing skill. The illustrations in this book are very poor (don't get too excited if you're hoping for graphic detail), and needlessly depict the gender of the fister, and all parties concerned as being those of the obviously more liberal kind and almost excludes those of us with enquiring minds but a more conservative facade. If you have managed to do this wonderful thing more than once, you know that all you need is common-sense, cleanliness and mutual trust and respect. Thankfully this book was bought without the need for knowledge. It makes an amusing coffee table book, but nothing more.
