Baby loves this
I bought this to use on my baby's car seat to provide her with a bit of entertainment when out and about, and I am very glad I did. It has elasticated velcro straps for fastening onto the handle, and it is very secure when on. I think it would fit most baby car seats without a problem. It's very hard to tell from the description and picture on Amazon, but basically it is a picture of a turtle and some fish, and the picture changes when the angle of the toy moves, to give the impression that the creatures are moving. When I first opened the box I was disappointed as I thought it was filled with water and the fish moved in the water (I saw one like this in a shop once). However, I needn't have been disappointed as my baby loves this. It also has a button on the side which will play some short pieces of music - she also likes the music and laughs when I press the button. A good buy.
