Better Than Boppy
The three things that I like about this the most:

1) It stays in place because of the fastener, and it is very easy to get on and off, as well as adjusting it.

2) The pocket that is attached is great for holding things you might need...I use it for extra nursing pads, my lanolin, baby nail clippers, etc.

3) My baby can latch on much easier using this nursing pillow than any other way.

I used this to breast feed my son- I got it after struggling for a week to find a good position and getting a sore back. The foam extends around the small of the back and gave great lumber support. when he was small (9-14 lbs) I used to put a cushion under the front to lift it up a bit more.
The first time I took it apart to wash the cover I was surprised at how simple the construction was. If I'd realised this ahead I would have had a bash at making one myself. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it turned out to be worth it.

Great for using at home, missed it when out and about!
