Sorely disappointed
Tippitoes Musical Potty (Yellow/Blue)
Unfortunately, we were so disappointed with this product that we sent it back.
* The music is not automatic; your child (or you) will have to push a button to hear it, defeating the object of the reward.
* The musical unit is poor quality, such that we couldn't recognise most of the songs it played.
* You can't change the batteries because it's a sealed unit so, once it starts distorting, you'll be praying for the them to finally go flat and restore quiet.
* The toilet roll holder is inside the unit, where the contents of the removable potty section could easily be spilled by 'helping' hands.
* The front underside of the unit is rounded and unsupported, so it could tip up as your child gets off, depositing the contents on your nice carpet.

All in all, whilst the description of the product is technically accurate, it is in my opinion quite misleading, resulting in a less than impressed buyer.

I would like to make it totally clear that this in no way reflects on the quality of service that we received from the Amazon seller, Babycare Bradford. My wife called them, spoke to a member of staff and explained our dissatisfaction, in response to which they immediately said to return it and they would refund the purchase price.

We did and they have; no argument or questions. We expected a bit of a battle and didn't get it - our expectations were exceeded. We're therefore very happy with Babycare Bradford, just not the Tippitoes product.

Really pleased
We were really pleased with this item, my Son didn't like his original potty and therefore wouldn't use it. This one really hit the mark he loved it as soon as we opened the box. It's bright colours sturdy design and musical feature are brilliant and the face on the top makes it a lovely friendly introduction to the sometimes scary world of using the toilet.

My one tiny critisism is that the battery to the music can't be changed this is a safety feature but I hope it lasts!
