About the Author
The author: JK Rowling lives in Edinburgh with her young daughter. 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' was her first novel, followed by 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets', 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban', and 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire', as well as two books written specifically for Comic Relief and based on the Harry Potter novels, 'Fanstastic Beasts and where to Find Them' and 'Quidditch through the Ages'. By the time I came to reading this second book I had ripped through the first one in a matter of days.It is another great follow up story from J K Rowling following the further adventures of Harry and his friends.It was a great follow up novel, and has now been made into a movie.Read the book first though.It is great and is another one of those books which you will most probably find hard to put down!
