    OK, while it worked.1
Had this phone for about a month, and was really impressed with it's functionality, and ease of use.
One day, it just stopped working.
If I plugged in the power supply, or plugged it into the computer the screen came on, but as soon as I unplugged it, it went off and no amount of fiddling would get it to work.
Another thing about Sony products, is all the accessories have Sony-specific plugs which ties you into using only Sony accessories which cost way too much for what they are.
I bought it from a VERY well known supermarket chain, and getting it repaired, sending it back because it still didn't work, then getting a refund took well over two weeks, during which time I was without a phone.
Not worth the hassle, in my opinion.

    One step up4
I bought this phone as a back up to my main mobile. It is a good "second tier" model - whilst lacking in the sophistication of top end phones such as the K800i and W810i etc. it has a good quality feel to it and is easy to use. The colour display is sharp although the 0.3 mega pixel camera is a bit of a let down. Ultimately in this price bracket the issue is about making and receiving calls effectively and the ability to text (with the T9 predictive facility) - this phone is more than adequate in both these respects. In my view the K310i has the edge over its Motorola and Nokia competitors in this sector, it is therefore a perfect "value solution" and comes recommended.
