horrible service
I never received this item and eventually got my money back. 10 days after the final delivery date posted by the company I still had not received my order, or a reply to the email I sent requesting an update on its status. I sent another email, and said I would like my money returned if they could not deliver the item. I received a return email saying that I had ordered my item too late to meet my delivery expectations, so they were returning my money. Since the delivery expectations were sent to me by them, and I had tried to communicate without receiving a reply, I found this to be an interesting interpretation of events as well as very poor customer service. If they had simply been able to tell me when the item would arrive or that they had indeed shipped it, I would have been happy to wait.

I absolutely love this pie pan. It looks really nice - the green is a light shade which goes with almost anything.
I made some plum pie and it turned out great, not sticking to the pan. I love that I can just take it out of the oven and put it on the dinner table!
