A laugh and a half
Was always rubbish at this as a child despite telling myself in later years that I was good! These hoops are great fun, its a lot easier than doing it with a child's hoop. At the risk of sounding a plonker, it gives you a real sense of well being. Practice is needed but you will laugh more than you frown. No need for a video but helps to look at instruction clips on You Tube, just enter hula hooping in your search. The best advice is to just have a go, shift weight (without lifting feet off ground) backwards and forwards and send the hoop spinning! A few friends get together one morning a week in the garden and we feel 7 again! Would highly recommend this product.

weighted hula hoop
Larger than expected but soon got used to it. I am 5ft 21n and the hoop reaches to my waist. This is meant to be the perfect height for my size. Perfect for a beginner as the hoop rotates slower because of its size. You need plenty of room to Hula, and good music for motivation. Fun and effective exersise that anyone can do with a little practice. Good sturdy hoop.

Good product
I had been looking for one of these for ages and finally found a supplier. It is well made and the weight is just right for me. It arrived promptly and included instructions on care. A good buy.
