DO NOT BUY!
As a young basketball player i bought this to give me something to practice shooting at. However, this product is very difficult to assemble because of the weight of it which is excessive to say the least. It took 2 hours of trying and eventually it took a professional builder to install it correctly. Problem sorted right? NO! Due to the overly excessive size of the backboard (which i realize is not that big for a gym but for home use is too big) a "universal mounting bracket" had to be used to install this product. This proved to be yet another problem, because of the weight of the rim and board it kept pulling out the screws being used to hold it in place. In short, if you really want to buy this product then first do several things; a) check yourself for brain damage, b) make sure you have a couple of hundred quid spare to fix it, c) make sure you have enough room to fit it because the mounting brackets available do not support it, d) be prepared to have to check every day and generally have to fix it every day. ONLY if you are fine with meeting all of these criteria should you purchase this product!!
