    The unit is well built, quality designed, and is comfortable. If you have the commitment to use it daily, you'll see the results. The buzzing sensation is easily adjusted, doesn't hurt. Overall, I'm thrilled with this product. Be advised that the Gel Pads will need replacing over time.

    Took a bit of gettting used to and it does need to be turned up to really work, but once you get going you can really feel the results. I have seen some result after about a week. Got it working within minutes of getting it out the box, but read the instructions well before you use it (unlike me) otherwise you might have it positioned it incorrectly for the first few. s
