Customer Reviews

The beginnings of Bon Jovi4
This CD contains tracks made between 1980 and 1983 before Jon had hit fame. The tracks are great fun, the first one being v.v. good. This is Bon Jovi the fledgling, made with the help of his cousin who ran a studio they produced the songs when the studio was not in use.
Finally, after much persistance the fantastic song "Runaway" got Jon a record contract, although the CD does not feature this track. This album features song's written before the band formed, and each are great in their own right. This CD doesn't show the true genius that features on more recent albums, but show a definite talent coming through. The songs show Bon Jovi in the developing stages and is a MUST for all true Bon Jovi fans who wish to hear the music of a soon-to-be legend.

Brilliant piece of history5
This songs on this album were written from 1980-83, before Bon Jovi hit the big time. The songs are really touching and great to listen too. Deffinatly worth a buy for any Bon Jovi fan.
The more you listen the more you love the album, it is slightly different to his 'big time' albums because its from his routes before he made it, but still its an awesome listen and a must have!

Great album, buy it.

not much cop2
i did'nt care much for this record at all, not the bon jovi we know but some ok stuff on here,he is young and having a go there's nothing wrong with that look at him now, but for me when he got the band he has now behind him as from the first bon jovi record thats when he got good then just kept and still gets better so for me you won't miss anything if you give one a miss can't wait for new jovi album the circle in nov 09' tho rock on!
