Not their best
It's not their best album - but any Procol is better than none
Inspiration was seriously lacking by the time they got to this album. The songwriting standard had slipped and most of the songs were mediocre pastiches of former greats. The hit, Pandora's Box is the exception to this - a classic!
Standards were low enough for them to include 2 covers - a decent run through The Beatles' Eight Days a Week and a forgettable version of Leiber & Stoller's I Keep Forgettin'. I wonder who produced the album - ah yes, Leiber & Stoller!!!!
