Bushnell H2O Series 10 x 42mm
These are good value and good quality. The rubber housing gives a comfortable non-slip hold which is nicely balanced. They are easy and quick to focus and have clear bright optics.

Surprisingly good
I bought these for my husband as a late birthday present to take to Norfolk for a spot of bird-watching. Trouble is I didn't check the availability and delivery dates and subsequently they arrived 2 days after we got back!

Anyway, have been using them in the garden and they are great, really powerful. We have used much cheaper ones before, and they've not lasted, so decided to do my research on blogs and stuff, and these came highly recommended so I went for a pair that were a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I am glad I did. Quite big and chunky but waterproof and light to carry - also come with carry case.

A moment of clarity
Been searching for a decent pair of binoculars for ages? I had been, and by good fortune came across these at a local Peregrine watch. I was immediately impressed by the clarity of vision these glasses provided- sharp, clear images that I had not been privy to before. Not only that but the fact that they are both waterproof and pretty much bomb-proof
( I'm clumsy, accident-prone and generally ham-fisted) was enough to convince me to hunt them down on the net and buy a pair. I've been totally impressed with them and keep them in the car at all times. Picked them up for about £75 including p&p. Total bargain!
