The Achilles of the Pen Drives3
Just as the name would suggest, you can splash this to your heart's content. You can drop it, play catch with it and probably even take it into battle. The problem is that the connector quickly works loose from general/proper use due to the rubbery frame, that incredibly, lacks any underlying solid structure! The detachment in itself is obviously a problem, but coupled with that, there is a tendency for the internal connections and chip to get damaged when it does pull away. This means that data retieval can be difficult, even for the specialists, should you fail to back up your pen drive regularly.

I have recently killed my 2nd splash drive in 9 months and my partner has killed her first after only 4 months (which incidently she hadn't backed up).

Bought this for the wife for her light file copying duties. Nice and pink too, the chain to keep the lid on is a nice touch and did I say that it was pink? A no frills USB stick. Does the job and it's pink.

Integral pen drives the best there is on the market for durability and reliability. I dropped mine in a glass of liquid and it has not lost any data!!!!
