Sale of Goods Act 1979
I have two of these. Cute but unreliable. And never ever buy from a third party seller on Amazon because the one I bought from doesn't understand the Sale of Goods Act. They are flatly refusing to replace the failed item because it took over 30 days to fail. Amazon won't help and the seller should be banned from here. It has left a nasty taste in my mouth.

I will name the seller if they won't resolve my issue.

Great little drive
Great little pen drive, as fast and small as it says! However, note that there is now a gold one too. Not the cheapest drive you can get (and there are lower prices for this item to be had elsewhere....), but you get what you pay for.

THE best pen drive I've ever owned
This is so small, Pictures cannot do it justice. I really think that every pen drive should be like this. It is so thin that no-one knew what it was and when I told them it has 8GB, they were all amazed. It's cheap for what it is as well so I would recommend it to anyone. Why not 5*, well it is really easy to lose unless you attatch it to something. BTW the enclosed chain broke for me so I wouldn't use it if you are storing private data on it.
