Poor build quality
Whilst the products were reasonably priced, and delivered very quickly, the product was not durable.
After using them on only three occassions over 4 days, the mechanism proved to be of poor quality and unusable.

The expansion is delivered by srewing the handle in and a rod with a plastic "bulb" at the end running through the wooden foot shaped split wood blocks.
Unfortunately this bulb at the end is simply glued to the threaded rod. The glue become weak and when trying to rectract the rod and bulb to pull the two wooden blocks back together, the rod had seperated from the bulb and the whole unit being stuck in the shoe.

The customer services for a return were extremely effective and this review cannot be reflected poorly on Amazon or Sales and Marketing Direct Ltd as retailers

These were of no use at all. There is no indication of size when ordering but on arrival they are marked as 5-6. Not very helpful if you want to stretch an existing 6. A very disappointing purchase.
