I've had these pans for four years now and am sure that if you treat them with care they will last a lifetime. They may be relatively expensive but they're worth every penny (and this is the best price I've ever seen) They cook evenly and if you use plastic or wooden spoons they will remain scratch free.
On the rare occasions when I've left a pan unwatched and burned the contents I've been astonished and delighted to watch the black charcoal disc slide out of the cooled pot. The label says they're not dishwasher proof but as caked-on food glides off them you'll never have any difficulty washing them by hand.
My sole criticism would be that the handles occasionally heat up to the point that you need to use a towel to lift the pot. I see that Meyer have responded to this and the new Anolon Advanced range has heat proof handles.
Put them on your wedding list. You won't regret it!

Dont waste your Money
My girlfriend brought this Wok from Amazon, after reading that it had a lifetime guarantee. We had the wok a few months and noticed its non-stick was losing its effect. A few more months and it continued to get worse and that rust was appearing at the bottom inside the pan.

We sent it back to Meyer, following their guarantee instructions, costing over £10 in postage. Only for it to be returned saying that they had moved over 5 years ago. We resent the wok to a new address, costing another £[...] plus, only to receive it back again, with a letter saying that there was no manufacturing fault and that excessive heat had caused the problem??? But they refuse to recognise that the whole principle of wok cooking is to use high heat.

The guarantee is a lie, don't waste your money.

Anolon Professional 30cm Wok
I bought this wok in January 2004 from Amazon. I was delighted with the prompt delivery, and even more delighted with the excellent quality of the wok. The glass domed lid means I can see exactly what is happening inside. Previously my woks had all gone rusty after a year, and I had to keep buying new ones, but I hope to keep this for a long time. Remember not to put it in the dishwasher, and to condition it from time to time with a little olive oil brushed round the inside. Also remember not to turn the heat up too much. It will cook very well on a low heat.
