Black A1185 Battery

Hmmm Not as compatible as Apple would like
Hi, got one in the last 6 months and when i took the backbook in for repairs in north london was told this is not an authentic one. This didn't bother me as I knew it wasn't even though it was made to look like it.
On the whole it works, has a button on it to show how full via some LED's and work which is all I wanted. The only problem is that it does not slip in as smoothly as an original from apple. I say this because the button you're supposed to be able to open with a 10p coin is very stiff and as it's plastick get ruined! If you're like me and like to look after your kit then it's not much extra to get an original that doesn't ruin the button to lock & unlock the battery.
