Suitable for Cooking and Serving: Can be used on the hob, in the oven and under the grill for cooking and/or roasting plus ideal for serving. The attractive colourful appearance means they can go straight from the cooker to the table where due to the heat retention of the Cast Iron they will keep your food warm for second helpings. GRILLPAN

Cooking: Incredibly versatile, energy efficient and practicle. The Grillpans can be used on all hobs (including induction and Aga), under the grill and in the oven. As the Grillpans are ribbed they are especially suitable for cooking meat where the attractive ribbed markings can be obtained. The internal enamel while virtually indestructable is not non stick and thus should be lightly oiled prior to cooking. As the handle is also cast iron any cooking can, if required, be finished off under the grill or in the oven.

Serving:Once the cooking has finished the Grillpans can be used for serving at the table. The external enamel ensures that the grillpan looks the part while the food is kept warm by the cast iron which once again retains its heat.

Cleaning:The Grillpan can either be cleaned in the Dishwasher or in warm soapy water. In the case of stubborn food the dish can be happily left to soak overnight. The enamel is virtually indestructable and while not non stick makes cleaning easy.

different product created by a different company. Dexam are UK based, and are nothing to do with the famous French company 'Chasseur'. If you'd

DEAR JOHN.......for your information, and as you are WELL AWARE, I have a number of CHASSEUR products in a variety of colours and don't need to google anything, thank you.... but please may I suggest that you go google yourself and get your OWN facts accurate before you accuse me or anybody else, for that matter, of 'inaccuracy`!

However, for the record, and to anyone who is really interested in the comments' facility:-

FACT 1 - I DO NOT BELIEVE I HAVE MENTIONED THE WORD 'DEXAM' ONCE IN MY REVIEW!
