Excellent Choice of Fondue Set
Having spent a while viewing all types of fondue sets, I finally decided upon the Analon Pro. The Analon Pro lives up to its description and more.

I have used this set several times since purchase and it has not once failed to deliver an excellent fondue. It is difficult to choose a fondue set that is suitable for use for a variety of fondues such as cheese, meat (oil) and chocolate, and arguably different fondue sets do cater for different styles.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by its suitability to all styles. My first attempt was a meat fondue using oil - excellent results. The oil remained hot enough with the burner, and the design of the pan eliminates the fear of burning oil on table! Second attempt was made using a wine / stock based liquid to cook the meat in, this time with even tastier results.

Cheese works equally well in this pan and the cheese did not get to hot which can ruin a fondue. The heat controller is perhaps not as efficient as it could be although it is controllable. Putting out the flame is simple with the tool provided.

The final thing I will mention is the fact that the Anolon pan cleans very easily which is great because they can get messy with all that food.

Best fondue set by far!
I have owned quite a few fondue sets over the years and can honestly say this is the best. The non-stick is great and makes cleaning up so easy. Cleaning up after a cheese fondue was a real pain and stopped me enjoying them so often - but not now. Excellent product that I would have no hesitation in recommending.
